I've seen people selling Q9 inscribable Amethyst Aegis(es) for motivation @ 30-35k each.
since nobody uses motivation, they go around quite cheaply because they're hard to sell.
for a Q10 (prolly only usable by a motivation hero) I'd say think about 10-20k max. pretty tough to sell I think.

the others I don't know.

10-15k amethyst, merch the rest. Ornate might be worth keeping incase they ever buff motivation to the point where its useful, and anet has said they are looking at fiddling with paragons at some point, but I wouldnt bother, merch or hero.
